OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES (AS A QUALITY TEAM) 

  1. Gap assessment of the hospital as per NABH standards.
  2. NABH Sanitization Program.
  3. Ongoing identification of the gaps in relation to compliance with NABH standards.
  4. Guide and help the hospital team with the implementation of NABH standards.
  5. Conducting training programs about the requirements of the NABH standards as per hospital needs.
  6. Facilitate the process to develop a structure for a quality program in the hospital to meet the accreditation requirements.
  7. Prepare the hospital and guide it for the implementation of NABH standards and to achieve accreditation by meeting all the requirements.
  8. Conduct a mock survey and help with gap closure.
  9. Review existing policies and guide in developing the same as well as documentation.
  10. Provide templates of all policies, forms, and signage as required.
  11. Support in filling out an application to NABH. Accompaniment through assessment.
  12. Guide in filling gaps observed in NABH assessments.
