2. Hospital gap assessment based on TPA standards.
3. Provide appropriate training on TPA requirements for managing hospital and IPD files in accordance with TPA standards.
4. Review of hospital status, fee schedule and other documents, and document preparation guide.
5. Revision of rates in all non-profit sectors.
6. Implementation in a real hospital based on TPA standards.
7. Implementation of hospital computers according to TPA standards.
8. Advise the patient to replace any damages that may occur in your hospital.
9. Apply for the permissions required by the hospital and monitor all data.
10. Retain all documents, including hospital records, in accordance with company policy.
11. Produce an MIS report that details outstanding payments and revenue generation.
12. There should be an opportunity to promote the business of the hospital and plan according to the needs of the department.
