Process for Cashless/Reimbursement Admission

Steps for Admission:

1. Visit the hospitals TPA Department with the following documents:
   1. Patients TPA/Insurance Card with Current Year Policy Paper
   2. Patients Photo ID Proof
   3. Any documents related to the patients past medical history
   4. Patients Contact Details
2. For emergency admissions, provide these documents as soon as possible. For planned admissions, submit the documents at least 48 hours before admission.
3. The hospital will immediately notify your insurer and send the documents for pre-authorization. The insurer may take 4-5 hours for this process, so patience and cooperation with hospital administration are appreciated.
4. At discharge, the hospital will send the final bill along with the discharge summary to your insurer. This process may also take 4-5 hours, requiring patience and cooperation.
5. The hospital will provide you with a copy of the discharge summary and investigation report for future reference.
6. Any expenses incurred before or after hospitalization will be submitted to the insurer for reimbursement, which you will receive directly.
